These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of cegle.co.uk and to purchases made from CÈGLÈ. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Some imagery may be digitally created or enhanced for editorial or styling purposes. Product-specific images and descriptions are provided to represent the design, details and appearance of each item as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings. As CÈGLÈ pieces may feature textured fabrics, embellishments and detailed finishes, slight variations may occur between individual pieces.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an error in the price or product information, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market where available.

Delivery charges and any applicable taxes or duties collected by us will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

5. DELIVERY

Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays.

Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate when placing your order.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges and handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or delivery charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

CÈGLÈ has no control over these charges or the time required for customs clearance. Customers are responsible for complying with the customs and import requirements applicable in their country.

If an international order is refused, not collected, or returned to CÈGLÈ because import duties, taxes or customs charges have not been paid, any return shipping, customs or handling costs incurred by CÈGLÈ may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

For further information, please see our Delivery page.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs requirements, taxes and import duties depending on the destination.

Where duties and taxes are collected at checkout, they will be included as part of the amount payable. Where they are not collected by us, additional charges may be payable by the recipient in accordance with the rules of the destination country.

7. PRE-ORDERS

Products offered on a pre-order basis will show an estimated dispatch date on the relevant product page.

Estimated dates may occasionally change due to production, transport or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an update.

8. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@cegle.co.uk.

Your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by these Terms.

12. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. PRIVACY
